All of our veterinarians are independent subcontractors responsible for their own insurance’s, taxes, licenses and dues. References are furnished upon request. |

Once a relief veterinarian is designated for your practice you will receive two copies of our contract. Please retain one copy for your records and send the other copy to us. When we receive the contract we will lock your requested dates and times into our schedule. |

Low Fees. We charge by the hour, with a four hour minimum. No charges for mileage or trips. |

You will be invoiced upon completion of the scheduled services bi-weekly basis. Payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice. |

An evaluation form will also be enclosed with the invoice. Please take a moment of your time to fill it out. The information you provide will help us to continue our excellent service. |
